Greetings!

The Forum is less than two weeks away!  Much work remains.  Spiritual attacks have increased.  But the Lord –  who created the universe by His word and who sustains all life in His hands – is with us.  Let us continue to give our burdens to Him.  Let us praise our Savior for what He has done and what He will do.

Let us be vigilant to intercede for all the individuals involved with the Forum as well as their families.  Ask for God’s protection over their lives.  We declare by the blood and grace of our Lord Jesus that no weapon formed against them shall succeed.

Please pray for the Global Diaspora Network website to be functional again before the Forum.  May the Lord protect GDN and the Forum from future cyberattacks and from major technical difficulties.

Ask the Lord to give wisdom and clear minds for the program planning team as they finalize a minute by minute schedule for the Forum.  May the Holy Spirit guide them in this task and make evident the Lord’s sovereignty over the Forum proceedings.

Ask God to prompt many people in Manila and around the world to intercede for the Forum for the next month.  May the Forum be covered in prayer around the clock.

Please keep praying for the completion and distribution of the compendium for the Forum and for the subsequent discussions.

The Forum continues to face a shortage of funding. Ask our Heavenly Father to provide for all these needs.  Pray that finances will not hinder the important work to be done at the Forum.

Please keep praying for unity and Christ-centered communication among the different teams of people working on Forum preparations.

Pray for the filming and preparation of material for the Lausanne Global Classroom on diaspora missions.  The vision of seeing thousands of young leaders engaging issues of diaspora missiology begins by creating the classroom footage primarily in Manila.

Pray for unity of purpose and spirit for all leaders as we prepare for the forum.  There is much to do but we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

Pray for the social media campaign to heighten interest in diaspora missions among the global Church.
